ABOUT BRAND AND REPRESENTATION:
Karcher was founded in 1935 by Alfred Karcher, who was the first to manufacture air heating
systems for aircraft engines. And later (in 1950), based on the requirements of the industry, he
began to create high-pressure washing and steam machines and gradually focused only on the
production of cleaning equipment.
The company sells its products in more than 150 countries of the world, including Georgia,
which has been operating since 2016.
Currently, the representative office of Georgia (Kercher-Georgia) has 7 branches: the main
branch in Tbilisi – in Dighomi, A. Beliashvili No. 167, Saburtalo: Vazha-Pshavela No. 4, A.
Beliashvili No. 53. In Batumi- Petre Bagrationi No 129. In Kutaisi- Shota Rustaveli No 96. In
Zugdidi- Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue 6 and In Telavi- Alazani Avenue 71.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Product and Marketing Manager will lead and oversee both the Product and Marketing
departments at Kärcher Georgia. This dual leadership role is responsible for developing and
executing integrated product and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Georgian
market, while ensuring alignment with Kärcher's global initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP
 Lead and manage both Product and Marketing departments at Kärcher Georgia
 Develop and implement departmental strategies, policies, and procedures
 Set clear objectives and KPIs for both departments
 Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
 Report directly to the Managing Director of Kärcher Georgia
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
 Develop and execute product strategy for the Georgian market
 Manage product lifecycle and portfolio optimization
 Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities
 Coordinate with global product teams for new product launches
 Oversee pricing strategies and product positioning
 Support Product Trainer to ensure understanding of new product within all sales
channels.

MARKETING LEADERSHIP
 Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
 Lead brand development and communication initiatives
 Oversee all marketing channels including digital, traditional, and social media
 Manage marketing campaigns, CSR activities, events and new product launches
for B2C and B2B
 Drive dealer and partner retailers’ marketing support
 Control marketing budget, analyze ROI and report to the local and regional
management.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
 Build and develop high-performing product and marketing teams
 Set clear goals and responsibilities for team members
 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
 Foster collaboration between departments
 Implement training and development programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
 5+ years of experience in product management and marketing
 3+ years of team leadership experience
 Proven track record in the Georgian market
 Experience with business planning and strategy execution
