When can a claim be made under the warranty?

Kärcher offers a warranty of one year covering material and manufacturing defects, on condition that devices are used for their intended purpose. Please note that a warranty claim can only be processed if you retain your receipt and enclose your warranty application.

Please note that your warranty claim is not valid:

• if you do not use your device for its intended purpose, for example, if you use a Home & Garden device for commercial purposes 
• if you open up your device within the warranty period in order to carry out your own repairs
